  • Provide details of client including name, phone # and email address to ShowThat

  • Provide client loan pre-approval or POF for cash buyers to ShowThat

Recipient Agent Responsibilities

  • ShowThat assigns referred client to a realtor partner in our network

  • ShowThat realtor partner establishes a relationship with client and takes over the home buying/selling process

  • ShowThat realtor partner keeps referring agent updated on status throughout homebuying or selling process.

Referring Agent Responsibilities

  • Explain to your client that you will be utilizing a local agent to assist you with the homebuying or selling process.

  • Provide details of client including name, phone # and email address to ShowThat

  • Referring agent writes the listing or offer and handles all other paperwork, disclosures and the escrow process

Recipient Agent Responsibilities

  • Anything the Referring Agent needs support with at property including but not limited to signpost set up, hanging of Referring Agent's sign, keeping flyer box full, placement of lockbox at property, attendance at property and appraisal inspections, showing property, holding open houses at and periodic inspections of property (especially vacant properties) to confirm condition.

  • ShowThat realtor partner keeps referring agent updated on status throughout homebuying or selling process.
